The Park Ranger Institute is a training opportunity for sworn, non-sworn, naturalists, line officers or administrators to gain knowledge and training in subjects affecting today's Parks. This training is offered to all agencies and is not exclusive to North Carolina officers.
We have gathered numerous skilled instructors to provide an interesting and educational line of courses. Please refer to the listing of Courses for specifics of each class offered. The Curriculum is a detailed, day-by-day schedule of courses and events.
We invite all agencies having an interest in any of the topics to attend. The next Institute offered is January 4-9, 2009. Preregistration for the 2009 Institute is due by December 23, 2008 and specifics can be found on our Registration page.
If you have any questions about the Institute, we invite you to Contact us.
